Optimus being Optimus is really what makes comics like this
one work. I’ve said it many times but while I know some fans get upset when
Optimus Prime isn’t portrayed as an infallible beacon of heroism, but I never
got tired of this version of him.
This little PVC version of Cliffjumper (from the Robot
Heroes line of PVC figures) actually does have more articulation than the G1
toy…the head can turn. But Hot Shot does have point, the G1 toy had its
limitations but it didn’t look like it was squatting down to…well, you know.
