NOTE: The idea of doing a spotlight comic for a character that hadn't been featured at all in the comic up to that point was more entertaining than how the actual comic turned out. Also, it's not really thrown around in pop culture as much these days, but C.H. is Chris Hansen, the host of To Catch a Predator, which is the TV show that this entire comic is spoofing.
