The passage of time was always used pretty loosely throughout the comic but this is one of the instances I referenced that two weeks had passed, when in fact they had in real time. The rest of the comic worked out alright between making fun of myself for dragging things out too long and ripping on Wheeljack (using instances from the G1 cartoon).

The ’De-Grading’ Machine is a vehicle from one of the other toylines I loved as a kid, Thundercats.
