I was still obviously dragging things out, but on top
of loving Shockwave’s ridiculous line in the first panel, I liked Waspinator’s
continual exaggeration of what happened with the cro-magnon humans. [In Beast
Machines it was revealed that the humans got tired of him and catapulted him
away from their village]. I really do try to stay true to the characterization
of the Transformers I include in the comic, even if I do drastically exaggerate
certain aspects of them for humor’s sake (best case in point: Optimus)…however
I really haven’t changed much of Waspinator’s character whatsoever. It’s
absolutely perfect the way it is.
