Comic #369 really wasn’t necessary but I wanted the big
climax to happen on a milestone number (though I didn’t see the need to hold out
five more comics to hit #375), and because it was fun writing for Bugbite. I
had very positive feedback on Bugbite so I didn’t think it would hurt to have a
simple comic pretty much dedicated to him. It also gave me the chance to show
how he was being affected by the fight with Mini-Megs, not only causing the
energy feedback Wheeljack has suggested in comic #368 but also how his split
personality was becoming even more unstable as well.
